I hope that someone might find it useful.

There are two version available: .mobi, which is appropriate for use on the Kindle, and .pub, which is appropriate for use on just about any other device.

Update! I have updated the e-book to contain the latest amendments to the patent statute. It now includes the amendments to Title 35 as a result of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act.

Both firms are focused exclusively on intellectual property. While at these firms I got experience in all aspects of patent prosecution. I also worked on a number of patent litigation matters.
